Position Purpose:
The Technician is responsible for providing services that promote environmental health and safety by preventing unwanted pests in and around living areas and businesses, solving customer problems related to pest prevention and control which can include technical research, analysis and follow-up. This is a working position that requires physical activity indoors, outdoors, in attics and under buildings sometimes during extreme heat and cold. Field technicians use a variety of equipment including smartphones and tablets. Options for cross selling services based on customer needs.

Position Purpose:
To provide outstanding customer service in an office environment. Using computer systems, phones, smartphones, email, typed and handwritten materials.
Customer service team members spend the majority of their day interacting with customers, vendors, prospective customers, field technicians, office team members, sales executives etc.
Daily duties include: scheduling, payment processing, troubleshooting, route optimization, filing, organizing and customer solutions management.
These are office positions that require working from a desk, using phones, computers and other traditional office equipment.
